Dosage:

Suitable for the whole family with the age 6 and above.

For symptomatic relief: Take 2 capsules immediately with a large glass of water, as soon as signs appear, up to maximum of 4 capsules a day.

Maintenance dose: Take 1-2 capsules daily after meal.

Tip: If you have difficulty swallowing capsule, please cut the capsule by using a clean scissors and mix with some water to make it easier to consume.
